Still maintain the old world charisma and way of life, Buranskhanda (ahead of Mussoorie) is a very small village of Uttrakhand Himalayas. Besides the beautiful view, the climate is hygienic and weather refreshing. The camp on the green ridge surrounded by clouds makes one come back yet again!

ITINERARY
 
Day 1 : BURANSKHANDA 280 km ( 8 Hours)

On our arrival to the camp base- Buranskhanda we log ourselves into the tents. After a hearty breakfast we either leave for a small trek. And during the evening we have dinner by the camp fire. Night halt in the tented accommodation.

 
Day 2 : BURANSKHANDA-MUSSOORIE-DELHI  

After breakfast we leave for “Mussoorie- The Queen of the Hills. The air is pure, the climate is invigorating, the architecture interesting and the majestic mountains all adds up to the beautiful walks through stately deodars. We explore the mall of Mussoorie and the city’s heritage beauty. In the afternoon we depart for our onward desatination.

ESSENTIALS FOR THE TRIP
     

You should carry all your stuff in a small rucksack. We will advise you to travel light and carry only the essentials.
Two most important items are your shoes and your rucksack. Please use a shoe which has a thick sole and a good grip. Also it should be of a comfortable fit to avoid the toes pressing against the walls of the shoe. Your rucksack should have the following items apart from the clothes that you would be wearing.

TRIP EXTENSIONS

You could add some more adventure to your camping by adding on a session of MOUNTAIN BIKING or RAFTING. The additional costs would be:

Mountain Biking : Rs. 1500 per person
Rafting: Rs. 3000 (2days-one rafting run) per person increase the intensity of your workout gradually so as to avoid injury.
